Medicaid CareSource, QualChoice, Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. All patients are expected to pay something for each visit. Lorain County Health and Dentistry accepts. They also have a federal sliding fee schedule for those patients who qualify. Please ask for guidelines when you call to make an appointment. If the patient does qualify for a 100% discount, the fee will be $10.00 for a doctor and dental hygienist visit and $15.00 for a dental visit. Please note that co-pays are due and will be collected at the time of the medical or dental visit.

Walk-in appointments are accepted and served on a first-come first-serve basis.

Medical emergencies should be taken to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
Services
Medical services: family health, OB/GYN/midwifery; Asthma/Allergy; and Podiatry.
Dental services: cleanings, radiographs, fluoride treatments, sealants, oral hygiene instruction. Other services include oral cancer screenings, fillings (amalgams & composites), extractions, examinations and referrals to specialists.
