Faith House, located in South Lorain, meets the needs of homeless single parents who, in cooperation with a variety of social agencies, journey on the road to self-sufficiency and independence.

A transitional housing program, staff at the Faith House help the residents develop skills in parenting, budgeting, self-esteem and help them make career choices.  A single parent and their children can stay at Faith House for a total of two years. During these two years, they develop skills necessary to become self-sufficient and able to live independently once their two-year stay in complete.

Guidelines for Making Referrals 

To make a referral to Faith House, call the main number at 277-4430. Please note that there is a waiting list to get into the program.
