El Centro, founded in 1974, is a bilingual/bicultural center offering social services to Hispanic and non-Hispanic residents in Lorain County. The mission of El Centro is to enhance the socio-economic status of the Hispanic and Lorain County community by providing the basic human services including but not limited to housing, community education, employment, and advocacy services.
