Description:

The Boys and Girls Club is an organization whose mission is to help youth of all backgrounds to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. In area Boys and Girls Clubs, Lorain County youth are provided the opportunity to participate in fun and educational activities during hours of the day when they tend to have nothing to do.

 

Boys and Girls Club of Lorain County Facts

  • It’s a great place for youth ages 6-18
  • It’s open during times during the day when kids need something to do and somewhere to go
  • Has a variety of planned and supervised activities
  • Has a open-door policy – you can come anytime during operating hours
  • The membership fee for one year is only $5.00 (per year per member)
  • Has served more than 3,600 children since opening in Lorain County in 1999

Through special programming, youth are provided with affordable opportunities to participate in quality educational and recreational programs. Youth members develop skills and qualities that will help them become responsible citizens and leaders.
